A student has the option of dropping out of the ACT or SAT course within 24 hours after the first class administered. After this time period no refunds will be given to keep class sizes constant for the teacher.
What happens if a student misses a class?
If a student misses a class the recorded videos of the class can be viewed online. In addition, if a student misses a class, teachers will allow for an alternate time during the week to help out the student online for a maximum of 2 times.
What kind of guarantee do you have?
We guarantee a score improvement on the ACT or SAT from the first assessment administered in the course and if it is not met we will continue to allow continued class session attendance at no charge. Ifmore than two classes are missed the guarantee of improving scores will not be applicable.
