Disney ESL Teacher Pay
Teaching ESL for Disney English is a fabulous opportunity. In addition
to the pleasure of working for a world renowned entertainment
organization as an ESL teacher with Disney English you'll have
opportunity for leadership and advancement after juts 6 months, if you
so desire. Meet Nic Iliffe, an ESL teacher through Educators Overseas
who went to teach for Disney English 3 years ago. He is now a Language
Learning Director of classes.
The starting compensation for Disney ESL Teachers is:
- 7,000RMB Relocation Bonus
- 10,000-11,000 RMB per month (approximately $1,500-1,700 USD),
depending on qualifications and experience. Pay depends in part on whether you hold a TEFL Certificate .
- Monthly housing allowance (depends on location): 3,000RMB - 4,350RMB
- Hotel stay until housing is found to your liking
- Training Bonus: 7,000RMB

- Airfare (Disney purchases one way ticket to China and monthly return flight allowance is added to salary.)
- Visa Renewal Cost Reimbursement
