  • Experience - To be considered for job as a school administrator in an international school you must have at least two years experience in an educational leadership capacity.
  • Advanced degree - A Master's level degree is the minimum degree requirement for school administrators; additional advanced degrees are desirable.

Please be aware that the competition for school administrators is especially high. Qualifications that would make a candidate more attractive include previous experience working overseas and any recent graduate or post graduate work in school curriculum or administration.
